Bringing back the blog roll
We've restarted this blog group thing. This week there was a choice of two topics. I picked the second.
Describe a time in your life when you had to say goodbye. Was it to a person? A place? A community? Was it easy to say, or hard? Was it a sad farewell, or were you happy to say it?
Hasn't happened yet, but next year I'm going to have to say goodbye to my university friends. It's not going to be a happy time. Especially saying goodbye to
morgie39. We've been together since first year. We were randomly assigned as roommates and now she's one of my best friends. We've lived together for three years and are living together again next year. I expect lots and lots of tears when I have to say goodbye to her after graduation. At least there's still deviantart, where we can keep in contact (as it slowly eats our live). And who knows, maybe we'll end up going to the same grad school, in which case the goodbye at the end of that will be even worse.
Not that I'm not going to miss everyone else. I suspect tears all over, so pack the Kleenex mom!

Uni friends are friends for life
While you may not get to see your friend everyday after you finish uni your friendship will still remain. Distance can make friendships stronger.
