Attack of the polar bears

Okay, so it seems that I might now actually have people reading this, so I'm going to try to update more often. So, the topic that I was given for today is "Strangest Vacation".

I'm not really sure if I've had a strangest vacation. I've been to Disney (land and World), Mexico, Dominican, Cuba, New Orleans, England, plus a lot of places around Canada.One of the most exciting would, of course, be England. It was so exciting that it got to have a whole story written about one incident (seen here). After that, I guess it would be going to Churchill, Manitoba, to see the polar bears.

Churchill was odd just because, dude, POLAR BEARS!!!! We went out in this huge tundra buggy and drove around all day. We saw foxes and birds-of-some-sort and creatures-I-can't-remember-the-names-of and then, finally, the polar bears. A mother and a baby. So very cute. They came right up to our buggy and sniffed around the tires and posed very prettily for us. Eventually they wandered away and we drove on. 15 minutes later we stopped. Turns out baby!polar bear had chewed up some of the machinery in the tires. Actually, he ate it. That's right. ATE IT!!! So, we had to wait for a rescue buggy to come and, well, rescue us. All in all it was a great trip. But I will never forget the baby polar bear that ate our tires and almost got us stranded in the tundra.

I think you win strangest award. Polar bear or not, rubber does not taste good. As for Churchill, my polar bear obsessed mother would love to go some day.

I love polar bears. We saw them mating in Central Park last Spring. You should've seen how fast the strollers made U-turns to go see the penguins! "Oh, dear, they're hugging." Let's leave them alone."

I remember when I was in zoo camp and the spider monkeys were mating. Those things really go at it. All the parents were horrified. It was great.
